Returns and Exchange

We want every Minimus customer to be happy with their barefoot shoes. If the shoes do not fit or do not meet expectations, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange & Refund Options:

• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or model, we will ship the replacement pair free of charge once we receive the return.

• Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned shoes.

• Please keep the tracking number for your return shipment until we confirm receipt.

• We cannot accept returns for shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging.

• International customers are responsible for any customs or return shipping documentation required.
